Our facility is equipped with automatic cutting, stripping, and terminating machines, along with a wide range of terminal applicators, bench-top presses, and precision tooling. This technology allows us to maintain accuracy while streamlining what has traditionally been a labour-intensive process.
Every harness undergoes automated electrical testing for connection accuracy, with full batch traceability through product labelling. Design integrity is managed using ECAD software, enabling version control, precise bills of material, and efficient collaboration with our customers.
