What is included in our
Electronic Assembly services
Marking: Using a CO₂ laser, we engrave a unique QR code onto each PCB, ensuring complete traceability and supporting our rigorous quality control process.
Pick and Place: Components are placed onto the board, either manually by our skilled technicians or via our automated pick-and-place machines for higher-volume production runs.
Reflow: Once components are positioned, boards move through our controlled reflow ovens. Temperatures reach around 250°C, melting the solder paste to form clean, reliable joints as the boards pass through carefully managed heat zones.
Manual Soldering: For through-hole components or specialist builds, our experienced team carries out precise manual soldering.
Inspection: Quality is checked at every stage using advanced AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
Washing: To maintain both performance and appearance, every board is cleaned to remove any flux or residue that could compromise long-term reliability.
Testing: Each unit undergoes thorough functional testing and troubleshooting to guarantee it performs exactly as intended before delivery.
